Hanhui Cui currently serves as the Head of Business Development China - Corporate Strategy at Lufthansa Cargo, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic initiatives within the rapidly evolving Chinese logistics and aviation landscape. Leveraging over eight years of experience in in-house consulting and business development across diverse sectors, Hanhui brings a comprehensive understanding of cross-border M&A, post-acquisition integration, digital transformation, and process optimization. Her expertise is instrumental in driving Lufthansa Cargo’s growth in Greater China, managing a revenue portfolio of approximately 15 billion RMB, and fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as airport authorities, government agencies, and industry partners.

In her current role, Hanhui is responsible for developing and implementing Lufthansa Cargo’s China strategy, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives while tailoring initiatives to the local market dynamics. She acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the Lufthansa Cargo Asia Pacific Group (LCAG) Executive Board and Chinese stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and strategic collaboration.
