Handian Lo currently serves as the Transformation Project Lead within the COO Office of Wholesale Banking at UOB, where he plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and organizational agility. Leveraging his extensive background in Group Strategy, Project Management, and Management Consulting, Handian spearheads cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing processes, implementing innovative technology solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the Corporate and Institutional Banking groups.
