Hakman Lee serves as the Director of General Affairs and Facilities at Chadwick International School, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of the school's infrastructure and support services. Since joining in 2017, Hakman has leveraged over 28 years of extensive experience in facility management, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), and project management across diverse industries, including semiconductors, chemicals, and semiconductor equipment manufacturing. His deep expertise enables him to oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from managing all facilities and renovation projects to ensuring safety compliance and operational excellence.

At Chadwick International School, Hakman leads initiatives to optimize facility maintenance and repair (M&R), security, safety protocols, faculty housing, cafeteria operations, transportation logistics, and support for school events. His strategic approach involves establishing robust improvement plans, streamlining outsourcing services, and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. His background in project management for R&D centers, semiconductor factories, and utilities equips him with a keen understanding of complex technical systems, enabling him to implement innovative solutions that enhance the school's infrastructure resilience and sustainability.

Hakman’s skills in HVAC, fire and gas safety, industrial safety, and TAB, complemented by his five technical licenses, underpin his ability to maintain high standards of EHS compliance and operational safety.
