At Four Fox Corporation, I currently serve as a Business Owner, where I oversee strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence across our diverse portfolio. My role involves spearheading key projects that enhance our customer engagement and sales processes, ensuring we stay ahead in the competitive call center and customer support industry. With a focus on outbound campaigns, I lead teams in developing innovative sales strategies, leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to optimize customer interactions and boost conversion rates.

One of our flagship projects includes expanding our outbound sales operations, which involves recruiting and training skilled Customer Sales Representatives to deliver exceptional service and achieve aggressive targets. We prioritize hiring candidates with prior experience in the call center industry, particularly those proficient in sales, customer service, and CRM systems, to ensure seamless integration into our dynamic environment. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards in customer support, whether in banking, service centers, or other sectors, by fostering a customer-centric culture.

At Four Fox, we are committed to continuous development, investing in call center administration and development to enhance our operational efficiency. Our current focus on night shift operations (10:00 pm - 06:00 am) allows us to serve a broader customer base and maximize our outreach. As we expand our team through walk-in interviews from Monday to Saturday at Barkat Market Lahore, we aim to attract talented professionals eager to contribute to our growth story.
