In addition to my roles as a YogaFit Align posture educator and Yoga Nidra meditation teacher, I am also the proud Small Business Owner at Sunshine Studio, where I focus on creating a holistic wellness space that integrates physical, mental, and emotional health. At Sunshine Studio, I oversee a diverse range of wellness programs, including specialized yoga classes such as Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, designed to promote overall wellness and body awareness. My expertise in proper alignment and body mechanics allows me to develop tailored sessions that help clients achieve optimal posture, reduce stress, and cultivate mindfulness.

Beyond my work at Sunshine Studio, I serve as a travel journalist and photographer for Forest N Folk, where I spend over a decade capturing the vibrant essence of cultures, landscapes, and communities around the world. This experience has enriched my understanding of diverse wellness practices and the importance of cultural sensitivity in holistic health. My photography not only documents my adventures but also highlights the interconnectedness of nature, tradition, and personal well-being—elements I incorporate into my teaching and business philosophy.

My skill set extends into medical and wellness technology, including proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and medical devices, which supports my commitment to evidence-based practices and client safety. Whether guiding students through Kundalini awakening or documenting the natural beauty of remote landscapes, I am passionate about fostering overall wellness through education, mindfulness, and authentic storytelling. This multifaceted approach enables me to inspire others to pursue balanced, healthy lives rooted in awareness and compassion.
