In this strategic role, Florent oversees the comprehensive decommissioning process of the Bellshill plant, a facility with over 24,000 square meters of operational space situated on a 14.4-hectare site. His responsibilities encompass managing the end-to-end asset disposition, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards, and implementing sustainable disposal and recycling solutions that align with Vallourec’s commitment to responsible manufacturing.

With over 20 years of international experience in manufacturing and operations, Florent brings a wealth of expertise in lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and engineering management. His background includes significant roles at PSA Peugeot Citroën (now Stellantis), where he honed his skills in process improvement and operational efficiency, and Vallourec, where he has contributed to various manufacturing excellence initiatives.
