Florence Beraud currently serves as the Managing Director of Learning Flow, where she leverages her extensive expertise as an instructional designer and eLearning developer to craft innovative, learner-centered training solutions. In her leadership role, Florence oversees the development of customized digital learning programs that are tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse clients across sectors such as migration, health supply chain management, human rights, agriculture, and labor. Her approach emphasizes active participation, comprehension, and retention, utilizing a range of innovative tools and methodologies—including blended learning, distance learning, and interactive e-learning modules—to foster meaningful knowledge transfer and sustainable behavior change.

At Learning Flow, Florence’s strategic focus is on integrating cutting-edge instructional design principles with effective knowledge management practices. She collaborates closely with Subject Matter Experts to design participatory training experiences that are both engaging and impactful. Her recent achievement as a Moodle Certified Educator underscores her commitment to enhancing digital learning environments and leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) for scalable capacity building initiatives.
