Fanny Ponel currently serves as a Consultant Technico-Fonctionnel at Capgemini, where she leverages her extensive expertise in SAP R3 modules to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs. Her role primarily focuses on the maintenance, evolution, and corrective support of SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (PO), and Personnel Time Management (PT) within the CATS framework. Fanny’s deep understanding of SAP HR configuration and her proficiency in customizing SAP modules enable her to optimize HR processes, streamline data management, and enhance reporting capabilities for diverse organizational structures.

In addition to her HR specialization, Fanny has a solid background in SAP Logistics Execution, with hands-on experience in Warehouse Management (WM), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
