His current focus is on the Digital Banking Project, which encompasses the Core Banking System (T24), Cortex (Card Management System), and a Mobile App, all of which are essential components in the modern financial landscape.

In his role, Eslam is responsible for defining the scope of testing for each release and delivery, ensuring that all functionalities meet the highest standards of quality. He excels in building and leading testing teams, guiding them through the execution of comprehensive testing plans and reporting results that inform critical business decisions.
