Eric Grabarczyk currently serves as the Head of the Foundation Tribe and Senior Engineering Manager at GitGuardian, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's technical landscape and fostering a culture of innovation. In this capacity, Eric leads four high-performing engineering teams comprising over 30 talented professionals, focusing on building scalable, secure, and reliable cybersecurity solutions that safeguard developers and organizations worldwide. His expertise in platform engineering is instrumental in transforming GitGuardian’s core capabilities into a robust, scalable ecosystem that enhances collaboration, accelerates delivery, and drives operational efficiency across multiple tribes.

Beyond his primary responsibilities, Eric has taken on interim VP of Engineering duties, where he has successfully steered strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing engineering workflows and implementing best practices in software design, CI/CD pipelines, and cybersecurity protocols. His deep understanding of management, IT project and program management, and cybersecurity enables him to align technical strategies with business objectives effectively. Eric’s proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, Git, and UNIX underpins his ability to lead complex software development projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within fast-paced environments.
