In this strategic role, Eric oversees comprehensive quality management initiatives that encompass external supplier performance, internal production processes, and complex supply chain flows, ensuring that BOBST maintains its reputation for innovation and reliability in the packaging and converting industry. His expertise in supplier development and validation plays a crucial role in managing a network of approximately 400 suppliers worldwide, fostering strong partnerships that meet stringent quality standards and compliance requirements.

Eric's leadership extends to managing diverse teams of engineers, technicians, and metrology experts, where he applies his deep knowledge of DMAIC methodologies, FMEA, and performance improvement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce variability. His background as a Six Sigma Black Belt enables him to implement data-driven projects that enhance process robustness and operational efficiency. At BOBST, he spearheads initiatives in industrialization, quality assurance, and supply chain management, integrating S&OP processes to align production planning with demand forecasts and capacity constraints.

His role also involves overseeing the validation of new products and processes, ensuring seamless transition from design to production while maintaining high-quality standards. With a strong focus on logistics management and China business development, Eric continuously seeks innovative solutions to streamline internal and external flows, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain agility.
