Engr. Sanjit Devnath currently serves as the Executive Director (ED) at Pran-RFL Group (RPL-E), a leading conglomerate renowned for its diversified manufacturing portfolio, including LED lighting, electrical accessories, and fans. Since assuming this strategic leadership role in January 2025, Engr. Sanjit has been instrumental in steering the organization towards operational excellence and sustainable growth. His extensive expertise in electrical engineering, project management, and industrial operations has enabled him to oversee complex manufacturing processes across multiple facilities, including the Pran-RFL Center in Dhaka and factories situated in Habigonj Industrial Park, Olipur, and Sayestaganj.

In his current role, Engr. Sanjit focuses on optimizing production efficiencies, enhancing product quality, and implementing innovative manufacturing solutions aligned with ISO standards and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles. His leadership is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives such as capacity expansion, technological upgrades, and process automation, ensuring the group maintains its competitive edge in the electrical and lighting industry. His prior experience as Senior General Manager of Factory Operations at Superstar Group Limited further underscores his capability in managing large-scale manufacturing operations, where he successfully led capacity planning, resource allocation, and industrial relations.

With a strong foundation in troubleshooting, electrical engineering, and project management tools like Microsoft Project, Engr.
