Emary M. currently serves as an Operations Analyst in External Manufacturing at Congo Brands, supporting the dynamic growth of Alani Nu’s innovative product portfolio. In this role, Emary plays a pivotal part in managing the end-to-end production processes for Ready-to-Drink (RTD) and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products, ensuring seamless coordination between multiple stakeholders including suppliers, contract manufacturers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs). By leveraging expertise in vendor relations and forecasting, Emary ensures that raw materials—ranging from ingredients to packaging components—are available on time and meet quality standards, thereby minimizing production delays and optimizing inventory levels.

A key aspect of Emary’s responsibilities involves overseeing all repacking projects for RTE/RTD products, which requires meticulous project planning and cross-functional communication to align production schedules with the planning team’s needs.
