Eliot Mercereau

Eliot Mercereau currently serves as the SAMOS Project Manager at the Institut Universitaire Européen de la Mer (IUEM), where he plays a pivotal role in advancing innovative ocean sciences education through the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) program. In this capacity, Eliot leverages his extensive expertise in project management, international cooperation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to oversee the development and implementation of the South African Master in Ocean Sciences (SAMOS). His leadership ensures that the project aligns with its core objectives of fostering high-quality, inclusive, and internationally recognized academic programs, while also integrating innovative teaching methodologies and promoting sustainable engagement with socioeconomic stakeholders.
