Edwin Den Haas currently serves as the Scrum Master of the Research IT Team at Naturalis Biodiversity Center, where he plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge bioinformatics research and robust digital infrastructure. In this capacity, Edwin leverages his extensive expertise as a Linux specialist to support researchers in managing and optimizing their computational workflows. His deep understanding of Linux systems, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), enables him to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance digital environments essential for biodiversity data analysis and bioinformatics projects.
