AAI Architects, P.C. is an established architectural practice based in New York City. The firm offers a full range of architectural, planning, interior and urban design services to a wide range of clients with a particular focus on commercial architecture. The firm has played an active role in shaping the New York built environment since the 1980s, acting as the Architect of Record on some of the city’s most iconic projects — beginning with the World Financial Center in Battery Park and continuing to the present day with the MoMA Tower, Hudson Yards revitalization, and the World Trade Center redevelopment. Through work on these complex projects and others, AAI has become an internationally respected authority on urban design, architecture and building technology. AAI has achieved international recognition for both its innovative design and technical expertise, resulting in numerous prestigious design honors and a roster of repeat clients. The firm is affiliated with one of North America’s leading architectural practices, Adamson Associates Architects, which is based in Toronto, Canada and has other associated offices in Los Angeles, California and London, England. Our team functions as a fully integrated practice that is global in reach with a staff of more than 450 dedicated professionals providing a full range of services: architectural and urban design, interior design, master planning, feasibility studies, programming, contract documents, value engineering, contract administration, and building conditions assessments.
