Argo is a London AIM listed alternative investment manager offering a multi-strategy investment platform in global emerging markets. The Group aims to deliver low volatility, double-digit absolute returns through a fundamental, bottom-up investment approach. The Group’s funds invest in performing fixed income securities, both sovereign and corporate, distressed debt and real estate. Founded by Andreas Rialas in 2000, the Group has offices located in Cyprus, Romania, Ukraine and the UK. The Group currently manages three funds and has a long term investment track record for delivering uncorrelated risk adjusted returns to investors. Argo views the alternative investment manager sector as having significant potential for consolidation and believes that its status as an AIM listed company puts it in a strong position to be a consolidator of the industry. The Group will target managers with strong track records of delivering value for clients and principals.
