Our projects have been recognized for excellence in design, sustainability, and enhancement of the cities and towns where we build and by the residents who live there. Up Campus has over 20 years experience in “place making” - that critical step in creating vibrant and inspiring real estate where our residents and community want to learn, play, work, and live. We’re guided by one simple principle learned from experience and respected industry veterans: Take Pride in Ownership. This principle guides site selection, design, construction, and management through the life-cycle of the asset.
