Dionne Roberson, a dedicated leader in the behavioral health field, currently serves as the Director of Resident Treatment Services at ACH Child & Family Services. In this pivotal role, she oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive clinical programs designed to meet the complex needs of youth and families. Dionne’s expertise in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and family therapy enables her to foster a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that promotes healing and resilience among residents. Her leadership involves building and mentoring a multidisciplinary clinical team, ensuring staff are equipped with the latest skills in adolescent therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
