Dileep Sn currently serves as the Plant Head at Classic Industries and Exports Limited, where he leverages over three decades of extensive experience in manufacturing and operational excellence. In his current role, Dileep oversees end-to-end plant operations, ensuring seamless integration of production processes, quality management, and strategic marketing initiatives. His leadership is instrumental in driving continuous improvement through the implementation of industry best practices such as Kaizen, Poka Yoke, and TQM, fostering a culture of operational excellence and safety compliance aligned with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.

At Classic Industries and Exports Limited, Dileep has spearheaded key projects focused on optimizing manufacturing workflows, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality. His expertise in PPAP and FMEA has been pivotal in streamlining new product development and risk mitigation processes, ensuring that quality is embedded at every stage of production. His proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement has resulted in significant cost savings and productivity gains.

Prior to his current role, Dileep’s tenure at Apollo Tyres saw him grow from a Graduate Engineer Trainee to a senior leadership position, where he was responsible for manufacturing operations at the Baroda plant and later as Head of Manufacturing at the tube plant. His deep understanding of manufacturing systems, combined with his skills in Quality Management and operational strategy, makes him a valuable asset in driving excellence and innovation within the manufacturing sector.
