ABC Roofing is a trusted residential and commercial roofing contractor proudly serving Minnesota, Florida, Illinois and beyond. With decades of experience, we provide reliable residential and commercial roofing solutions backed by expert craftsmanship, industry-leading warranties, and responsive service when it matters most. Whether you're a homeowner dealing with storm damage, a builder needing a new roof installation, or in association management looking for a long-term roofing solutions partner — ABC will help. From inspection to installation and everything in between, we’re committed to protecting your property and delivering peace of mind. Our areas of expertise make the life of our Property Managers, HOA Board Members, and Community Association Managers easier by having a one-stop shop for all the mitigation, damage assessments, line item estimates, and rebuilding needs. First, our field team will meet with our clients to assess the property and create a damage report, with tons of photos that can be shared with their adjusters. Next, we mitigate the property immediately to avoid additional damage, which may become uninsurable if not done in a timely manner. We then encourage our clients to include us in all of their onsite adjuster meetings to assess damages and begin working on an agreeable scope of work. Once the insurance company approves our estimate, we begin our rebuild process. Our team will assist with everything from Board Meetings and material selections, to ongoing resident communications throughout the entire construction sequence. When you entrust ABC with your properties, you will experience the difference between working with just a contractor and a true Insurance Restoration Service provider.
