Liberty QS was established in 2014 to provide our Clients with a fresh proactive and flexible approach to manage construction projects. As a cost and project consultancy, it’s our job to make sure your project comes in on time, on budget and without the ongoing problems that damage so many developments. Every single project we work on benefits from our wealth of experience in construction, as well as our commercial acumen, negotiating skills and in-depth knowledge of the sector. This is why clients such as Shepherd Neame Brewery, Liberty Property Trust, Cranbrook School and Medway Council – as well as numerous private customers – all trust us with their requirements. Our team has worked on major projects across the world. So, you benefit from our huge experience – as there’s no commercial challenge we haven’t met and overcome – and we have the confidence to introduce fresh ideas and flexibility. Our ethos is ‘Think Positive, Be Creative’, so we look at every possible way of approaching a project – using both new ideas and successful strategies from past jobs – to drive value for you. We examine every aspect of your project to identify all possible risks and the associated financial implications – so you know exactly what you’re facing. We also advise on the best way to manage these risks, should they arise. Time and cost are critical to all projects, so we first ensure your design ties in with your estimates and – if there’s a problem – we undertake a detailed value engineering exercise to suggest alternative approaches. We also establish a clear timeline, with set milestones, to ensure your project is delivered to schedule and budget. We also offer in-house benchmarking and boast a wealth of negotiating experience across our team, ensuring we continue to drive value in a difficult market place.
