Danielle Fenbert currently serves as the Regional Manager for the NA Environmental Compliance Group at Ford Motor Company, where she plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s sustainability initiatives and ensuring robust environmental regulatory compliance across Michigan and Canadian manufacturing facilities. In this leadership capacity, Danielle oversees a comprehensive portfolio that includes environmental compliance, sustainability integration, and the advancement of vehicle electrification manufacturing processes. Her expertise is particularly instrumental in managing the environmental aspects of powertrain programs globally, with a specialized focus on battery pack assembly and battery cell manufacturing—key components in Ford’s strategic shift toward electrification and sustainable mobility.

Throughout her 26-year career in automotive manufacturing, Danielle has demonstrated a high-performance leadership style characterized by integrity, motivation, and the ability to inspire teams.
