With a robust background in information technology and services, Dale leverages his expertise in routing (L3), switching (L2), firewalls, and VPNs to ensure seamless connectivity and security across military operations. His proficiency in Software Defined Networking (SDN), particularly with VMware NSX, allows him to architect innovative solutions that enhance network performance and reliability.

Currently, Dale is focused on the Army Endpoint Security Solution (AESS), where he is responsible for engineering network security and transport systems that deliver this essential enterprise solution over a fully optimized Platform as a Service (PaaS). His work not only involves the technical aspects of network design but also requires a deep understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements, ensuring that sensitive information is protected at all levels.
