Inspired by their father’s successful restaurant business and frustrated by their corporate careers, brothers Mudassar and Tayub Amjad joined together with the vision to create Zouk to share their love of authentic recipes with a modern twist, served in a relaxed contemporary setting. Mudassar and Tayub conceived the idea of Zouk in early 2006 following a family holiday.
