Young Black Leadership Alliance (YBLA)

We Build Leaders that positively impact the world today and in the future! At YBLA, we develop young black leaders to have a positive impact in their community and beyond. We focus on helping our young people become leaders that are college and career ready. As our young leaders strive to succeed, they are trained to reach back and mentor elementary, middle and high school students. We achieve our goals through Leadership, Service and Education. Our young black men and women are Leader Multipliers that focus on impacting others within their sphere of influence.
