The Wolter Group LLC brand was formed in 2011 as a means to unify our growing family companies’ rich history under one umbrella. These companies include Wisconsin Lift Truck, Illinois Material Handling, Kensar Equipment Company, Bohnert Equipment Company, Ellis Systems, and Wolter Power Systems.Collectively, the companies offer forklifts & material handling equipment, engineered systems, automation, storage and handling, filing, fleet management, equipment leasing, used equipment, and power systems. From the very beginning, our mission has been to enable each of our customer’s success through value-added solutions, supported by superior service and quality products, professionally delivered with a sense of urgency. That same mission still stands today, more than five decades later.
