Due to the economic climate, and the ever increasing competition in the North East construction market, it is with great sadness that P Whelan Ltd entered into Administration on the 6th July 2011. We wish all people involved with the company all the best for the future.A bio of what the company was about is set out below: We are an adaptable construction and development company based in North East England with projects throughout the UK and Europe.Established as a family business, we have grown organically through the years. The industry and our company have undergone huge changes but we have the same values as we did then: transparency, loyalty, excellent customer service and exceptional standards.Coupled with these values our core of longstanding expert individuals make WhelanNorth East based main contractor, established for nearly 40 years. Working on projects that range in value from £250k to £20m.
