WESTERN FISHERS SHIPYARD LIMITED represents the ideal icon for shipbuilding with the aim to reach unobtainable heights and promote shipbuilding industry all around the world. WFSL is a joint Venture between Western Marine Shipyard Limited and Fishers Shipyard Limited.

FSL was established in1983 mainly for ship repairing. Its slipway was founded in 2000. Since its foundation, a few smaller vessels, boats and pontoons were built and many small and medium sized vessels were repaired. The other Shareholder WESTERN MARINE SHIPYARD LIMITED specializes on export oriented ship building and has a reputation in the Marine and Shipbuilding industry worldwide.

WFSL has already been registered with the Joint stock Company of Bangladesh and in the process of founding slipways, sheds and equipment procurement. It is growing with the best of professionals in the country and is committed to high quality, customer satisfaction and timely delivery. The Authorized capital of WFSL is BDT 1000 million ($ 14.7 million;).
