Growth of this small, sole-proprietor building operation was inevitable as VSCC began to take on larger projects over a larger geographical area.Despite 9 years of successful operation in the building industry, VSCC sensed further opportunities in the civil construction industry and the company’s strategic direction was altered to take advantage of these opportunities. The company VSCC Registered a new company named VARDA Developers Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. On 12th March 2010 to mark this change in focus.In 2010 VSCC Registered a new company named VARDA Developers Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. On 12th March 2010. And a fresh certificate of Incorporation has been issued by Registrar of companies BIHAR & JHARKHAND with the vision of becoming an even larger and more comprehensive civil construction organization.
