Established in 1999, MWLB is the oldest organization at the Marshall School of Business dedicated to female undergraduates. As one of USC’s premier women's professional development organizations, MWLB provides opportunities for members to network with and seek mentorship from business professionals, USC Marshall faculty and USC administration.
