The Unicist Confederation (UC) is the business arm of The Unicist Research Institute. The Unicist Research Institute has been the pioneer in complexity science research since 1976 and became the private global decentralized leading research organization in the field of human adaptive systems.

The UC is a multilocal, cooperative confederation, organized as a Holding in Delaware (USA), which promotes the use of the unicist logical approach for business expansion worldwide.

Its members install spin-offs of high-tech object driven solutions for the adaptive aspects of businesses in start-up, medium and large companies.

The Confederation has Corporate and Individual adherent members. The adherent members are individuals who participate in the spin-offs or are personal users of the Unicist Approach.
