Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha Limited Liability Company (hereinafter “the Company”) was founded in 2000 to develop the hydrocarbon fields in the western part of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The Company holds two hydrocarbon production licenses: 1. License for production of hydrocarbons at the Central Block of the Srednebotuobinskoye Oil, Gas and Condensate Field. 2. License for geological study, exploration and production of hydrocarbons within the Kurungsky License Area. Registered in Lensk, Republic of Sakha (Yakuita), the Company is engaged in the development of the Srednebotuobinskoye Oil, Gas and Condensate Field located in Mirny and Lensk Districts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The Company is headquartered in Lensk and maintains representative offices in Yakutsk and Moscow.
