Tus-Education Investment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tsinghua Science Park Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. (Tus-Holdings). As one of the Tus-Holdings’ main business segments, Tus-Education, with registered capital of three hundred million RMB (approx. £30m), is responsible for investment and management business in the education sector, as well as business development for the science park. Based on profound cultural background and excellent educational resources at Tsinghua University, Tus-Education is developing a new model of education to better serve the community, building a unique platform for investment. Tus-Education is currently the controlling shareholders or shareholders of nearly 20 companies, including Asia’s largest online education platform MOOC, China’s leading K12 education and training platform Juren education, China’s largest incubator platform for education business, pre-school education, management consulting, investment in education, and so on.
