Turkish Petroleum International Company (TPIC) was founded as a 100% state owned subsidiary offshore company of Turkish Petroleum Corporation in 1988 with the objective of operating in the whole value chain of the international oil industry. At home and abroad, TPIC successfully carries out activities such as exploration & production, drilling & workover services and petroleum & petroleum products trade in Middle East, North Africa, Caucasus, Middle and South Asia and South America countries with its 29 years of broad experience.For the enforcement of projects having vital strategic importance to the benefit of our country, TPIC was transferred to Petroleum Pipeline Corporation/BOTAŞ by the Decree of the Council of Ministers with no. 2012/4152, dated 22.01.2013.Since our foundation, as TPIC, we are proud to announce that we have provided the highest level of oilfield services to the numerous firms in Syria, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Iraq as well as in our internal market. In line with the recent developments in oil sector, now we are taking firm steps forward of becoming a more effective company in Africa, Latin America, Middle East, Mediterranean and the Caspian.Oilfield acquisition at first, we intend to increase all kinds of our activities in the countries such as Iraq, Syria, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Ecuador, Colombia, and Venezuela, which have a great portion of oil reserves of the world, through getting strength from the broad experience we acquired in the sector. TPIC takes firm steps forward to be one of the global companies of Turkey with its renewed vision.
