The Theraplay® Institute

The Theraplay Institute is an international not-for-profit organization with headquarters in the Chicago area. Each year we train hundreds of mental health professionals around the world in the Theraplay method. We set and maintain standards for Theraplay treatment, through ownership of the service mark "Theraplay", insure that children being treated by a Theraplay therapist are receiving only high-quality care incorporating genuine Theraplay techniques. Our mission is to build strong families, emotionally healthy children and adults through Theraplay training, treatment, advocacy, and research.
