The Q-Shack

We specialize in farm to table, locally sourced foods. We prepare from primary food ingredients and use very little in the way of “processed foods.” We work with local farmers, ranchers and producers to create our signature bbq and sides. And we smoke over locally sourced hickory wood and purchase most of our foods, paper and other items from local, independent, family run companies.
