The Centre for Appropriate Technology Limited (CfAT Ltd) is a science and technology corporation working at the interface of technology and economy in Indigenous communities across Australia. CfAT Ltd develops ‘appropriate’ technical solutions and ensures Indigenous people have the resources and capabilities to ‘appropriate’ (use, direct and influence) technology to participate in the economy and sustain livelihoods in their communities.
