The Bridge: Psychotherapy & Counselling Services

The Bridge has been providing psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, mentoring and supervision to clients in the City, London and the South East of England since 1997. Our aim is to provide a wide range of psychological services covering most types of issues with rapid assessment and access to service. We are located in comfortable consulting rooms next to theLondon Bridge Tube, Bus and Train stations, close by Borough Market. Our address is 42 Borough High Street, SE1 1XW. See Where We Are Our team of experienced professionals provides a broad range of help from problem-and-solution-focussed cognitive and mindfulness-based work to longer term analytic exploration. We work with individuals, couples and groups, and with all ages from teens upwards. We also offer services to companies, including counselling and EAP services, coaching, mentoring, personality profiling and conflict management.
