Our mission is to enable people of all ages with unique abilities and challenges, using person centered practices, to live as valued, contributing members of the community.Headquartered in Monticello, NY, The Arc Sullivan-Orange Counties employ over 1200 people, supporting more than 3,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities in over 48 program locations and in private family homes throughout Orange & Sullivan Counties, New York. We provides innovative, individualized programs including: evaluation services, preschool for children ages 3-5, school for children aged 5-21 with severe disabilities, adult day services (vocational training, job placement, life skills enhancement, community volunteering, and recreational activities), adult residential services (Homes are each staffed 24/7 providing a family setting and life skills development) and adult support services (clinical services, guardianship, service coordination, and family respite). We also provide medical (Psychiatry), Dental, Podiatry and PT/OT, Speech and Nutrition Services through our Article 16 Clinic.
