We're a software and technology recruitment agency - as distinct from an IT recruitment agency. Our expertise is in hiring software engineers, web application developers, data scientists, DevOps, delivery, management and leadership people, for example.

We're a climate neutral business. We offset 150% of our emissions through TradeWater; this includes our own operations, plus that of our digital suppliers. Our home offices run on renewable electricity, and we rarely travel. We'd previously offset our direct emissions (but not supply chain) through schemes such as the Woodland Trust. Our ambition is to eventually offset all emissions associated with the business since it was founded, in December 2013.
We chose Protect Earth as our nominated nature charity for 2021 and 2022, supporting its tree planting and biodiversity funds. Andrew is also growing c.500 British native saplings at his allotment, for Protect Earth to plant in 2024.
