Summit Construction & Development LLC (SUMMIT C+D) began operations in 2008, providing premier construction site development services. Since then, we have gained the trust and confidence of our clients by adhering to a set of core values and principles, including dependability, transparency, quality, safety, and operational excellence. When we first began operations, we did so as a specialty subcontractor, executing mostly small-scale repair work. By 2012, just five years thereafter, Summit C+D started operating as a principal contractor, working directly with contract owners. This expanded capability, and ability to provide the appropriate licenses, insurance, and bonding capacity, allowed us to perform larger scale work not just within Georgia, but also in Alabama, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee. Other accolades soon followed, with the attainment of Preferred Contractor status with Georgia DOT and license as a State of Georgia Utility Contractor. In 2019, we were the recipient of the prestigious ‘Contractor of the Year’ award of the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association (GHCA).Today, Summit C+D offers a full array of services to owners, government entities, and contractors with turnkey packages that take care of every aspect of the site preparation process with one simple contract.
