Stormwater Plans, LLC dba SWP Contracting & Paving, LLC (SWP) is a subsidiary of the Natives of Kodiak, Inc. (NOK), an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC). SWP is an SBA-certified HUBZone company. SWP was founded in 2005 as a civil consulting firm with a specialty in stormwater, today SWP has evolved with a renewed focus as a general contractor with an emphasis on civil construction. SWP specializes in general contracting, new pavement, pavement preservation and maintenance, underground construction, earthwork and excavating, demolition, major and minor concrete work and wet and dry utilities. We regularly perform work with alternate delivery methods such as JOC, CMAR and Design-Build with municipal and federal clients. The Company was founded in 2005 on the principle that the client is the number one stakeholder in any project.
