St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS)

St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS), a therapeutic, residential group home for abused and neglected boys, is celebrating 26 years of service. SAYS employs a staff of caring professionals who are specially trained to deal with problems unique to children from abusive homes. The SAYS campus provides the homelike environment so important for the healthy development of these special children. SAYS has two therapeutic group homes for boys ages 6-17 whose program helps to develop socially acceptable behaviors and build self-esteem. SAYS developed a step-down program for boys 14-18 who have graduated from the therapeutic group homes. This progeram provides therapeutic services and independent living skills. SAYS continues to find new ways to meet the needs of children at risk and prides itself on offering the best possible services delivered by the most caring staff.
