The story of Solutions Management International started more than 20 years ago in Atlanta, Georgia where it initiated operations as a call center services provider for leading US telecommunications corporations. Its commitment drove SMI to establish a small near-shore operation in Santiago, Dominican Republic more than 10 years ago. What was an initial 50 employee operation has grown into more than 500 employees after its recent expansion in Santo Domingo. In the Dominican Republic´s capital it currently operates more than 100 seats for delivering Data Entry services to Fortune 100 companies.
