We have a passion for helping people learn to design for services. Our tailored training teaches each team we work with how to grow and improve their own services. Our approach is to mix hands on time mixed with training to build confidence and grow capabilities. As a Benefit Corporation, we are for-profit with a purpose. We dedicate 15% of our revenue and time to micro-grants and free service design for small businesses in need. We have a profound respect for the hard work and resources small businesses need to compete. Additionally, small businesses have an immense impact on their local communities through job creation, raising the tax base, and keeping money in the community - what economists call the Local multiplier effect. We believe accessible service design and funding can make have a positive impact on small businesses.
