RCS is a certified applicator of most major commercial systems, i.e. built up and mod-bit roofing, single ply and coatings and maintain strong relationships with most major roofing product manufacturers. We employ the best craftsmen as full time members of our team in lieu of subcontracting our projects. RCS is very proud of our excellent safety record and drug-free work environment. We are, of course, fully insured and licensed. Roof Control Services also provides expert professional consulting services. With a combined 80-plus year's experience, RCS offers state of the art leak investigation services as well as in-house infrared surveys and condition assessment reports. RCS was established in 2000 and built on the strength of superior customer service, high quality workmanship and competitive pricing.
