ReThink Energy is a specialist Upstream oil and gas staffing business supporting both operators and service companies with contract and permanent recruitment services. The business is comprised of two divisions, the first focused on the Angolan market, the second on Management Consultancies operating in this space. In Angola the business operates under two brands, Energy & Recruitment, both strategically focused in assisting clients with their local content issues. Sourcing skilled Angolan nationals for our customers provides an effective solution to a significant problem and differentiates us from our competition, most of whom only focus on the expat market. The Energy brand is the larger portion of our business in country and supplies only to the oil and gas companies. The Recruitment brand has clients in the Banking, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Technology & Consulting sectors. Our second division operates across a wide geography covering GoM, Europe & Australia, supplying staffing services to Management Consultancies operating in the upstream market. Our deep understanding of the consulting business, and our global reach, combine to deliver exceptional results for our clients. In addition we have also established a training business that has developed a series of courses within its Personal Development Program. Currently ReThink Energy is engaged in delivering an on-going training project working with Graduate and early/mid career level Angolan nationals.
