Rehab Resources provides outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy services to all children in fun, state of the art clinics. Physicians and pediatricians throughout Southeast Wisconsin refer their patients to Rehab Resources because we are able to meet the complex needs of their patients and families. Our therapists collaborate with families, physicians and other community providers to help all children realize their fullest potential.

Rehab Resources operates five, full-service pediatric outpatient clinics located in Brookfield, Mequon, West Bend, Sheboygan and Beaver Dam, WI. We also serve the Birth-to-Three population in several counties throughout the state. Additionally, we provide all three therapy service in public and private K-12 school settings. Rehab Resources also provides adult outpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Services.
