Shobi entered the staffing world in 2007 when she started in an entry-level role with a National Staffing Firm in Madison, WI. Shobi quickly fell in love with the staffing process and truly enjoyed finding the right fit for her clients and employees alike. She quickly moved up with that organization while attending Madison Area Technical College. After graduation, she applied for and became the Branch Manager. After four years in that role, an opportunity with a smaller, Wisconsin based company presented itself in Sparta, WI where Shobi would be able to continue along the career path she fell in love with while returning to her “hometown” area. After a few years in her new roles, Shobi saw opportunity to open her own business where she could continue providing top-notch service to clients and employees alike and Referral Staffing Solutions (RSS) was formed.
